Welcome to Potloc! These Terms of Use (the “TOU”) are a legal agreement between you and Potloc setting forth the terms and conditions for your access to, and/or use of, a variety of Potloc’s “Services”. The Services covered by these TOU consist of the following:

• The “Website” located at http://potloc.com, owned and operated by Potloc, including all subdomains and subpages, present and future.
• The “App” located at https://app.potloc.com, a proprietary survey technology platform for Potloc’s clients (“Clients”).
• Any URL beginning with https://poll.potloc.com/survey or https://survey.potloc.com, where selected individuals (“Survey Respondents”) can respond to Potloc surveys.
• The “Potloc Community,” which Survey Respondents can join by consenting after completing a Survey to participate in future Surveys and other functions. Survey Respondents who join are referred to as “Community Members.”
• Any URL beginning with https://yunite.io, where registered individuals (“Community Members”) can provide profile information for better survey matches.

In these TOU, “you” may refer to a Website visitor, a Client Representative, a Survey Respondent, or a Community Member. When you create an account and are logged in, you may be referred to as a “Logged-in User.”

The Services are owned and operated by Potloc Inc., a Canadian corporation located in Montréal, Canada. References to “Potloc” include Potloc Inc., its affiliates, and representatives, as applicable.

By using the Services, you accept these TOU without reservation. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a Legal Entity, you represent that you have authority to bind the Legal Entity to these TOU.

Potloc reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check for changes periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes. Significant changes will be communicated via email.

The TOU should be read alongside the Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Services.

Some surveys offered through our platform may be operated by third-party partners. Potloc does not control these external surveys and cannot provide support for any technical issues, disputes, or concerns related to them. Participation in third-party surveys is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. Potloc disclaims any liability for issues arising from the use of external survey platforms.
